ሕርሻ አብ ትግራይ ብ1977ዓም (ቅድሚ 33 ዓመት) ብግደይ ዘርአጽዮን ዝቐረበ ናይ ጽንዓት ወረቐት እዩ። እቲ ጽንዓት አብ ትግራይ ዘሎ ናይ ሕርሻ
ጸገማትን ክግበር ዝግበኦ መፍቲሕታትን ይሕብር እዩ። ነዚ ጽንዓት አብ ምድላው ተጋዳላይ መለስ በዛብህን እሱ ዝመርሓ ዝነበረ ክፍሊ ሕርሻ(054)ን ዓብዪ አስተዋጽኦ አለዎ
ም። መለስ በዛብህ ካብ አለማያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ብናይ ማይ ኢንጂነሪንግ ምሩቕ እዩ ነይሩ። ናይ ሽዋጣ ዝነበረ ፕሮጀክት ዝተለመን ክስራሕ ዝገበረን መሃዛይን ውፉይን ተጋዳላይ ነይሩ።
ብዘሐዝን መገዲ ብናይ ስብሓት ሸርሕን ዘየቋርጽ ስለላን ምኽንያት መለስ በዛብህ ዝፈትዎ ዝነበረ ውድብ ገዲፉ ክስደድ ተገዲዱ አብ ስደትውን ዓሪፉ።
ነዚ ጽንዓት ምስ ረኣና ንምንታይ ናይ ህወሓት መራሕቲ ድሕሪ ዓወት ናብ ተግባር ዘየውዓልዎ ዝብል ክንሓትት ናይ ግድን እዩ!
Agricultural problems
in Tigray were identified and solutions proposed. The author is very
grateful for Tegadaly Meles Bezabih who was the leader of the department 054.
He was a a graduate from Alemaya University in Water engineering. He was the
designer and constructor of the Shiwata project. The researches and recomendations suggested in the paper were done in collaboration with
him and his department. Sadly enough such an inovative and selfless man, Meles
Bezabih, was not able to continue in the struggle because of conspiracy and close/constant surveillance on him by Sebehat.
After reading this article one may wonder why the TPLF leaders after liberation have failed to follow the recomendations.
